How Does Shipping Work?
The Coconut Home collaborates with merchants and artisans worldwide to offer you competitive prices and a diverse range of products.
Our established partnerships with shipping companies fulfill orders from various global locations, including North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
Once your order is placed, we require 1-2 business days to process, pack, stamp, and hand it over to the shipping company.
Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, expect a Shipment Confirmation email including your tracking number(s). Should you not receive any tracking updates within five business days, please contact us.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the expected delivery date. Factors such as unforeseen delays or other variables outside our control may contribute to this.
Damages
The Coconut Home stands behind its commitment to replacing any orders damaged during shipping. If your product arrives non-functional due to shipping damage, please contact our Customer Service team within three business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
It's important to note that The Coconut Home cannot assume responsibility for items confirmed as delivered by the courier but subsequently lost or stolen. Regrettably, we do not offer reimbursement or replacements for orders in such cases. However, at its discretion, The Coconut Home reserves the right to provide an affidavit, if necessary, for a replacement.
Incorrect Addresses
The Coconut Home cannot be held liable for orders placed with incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us promptly so we can amend it before your order is dispatched. While we cannot guarantee address changes, reaching out to us swiftly increases the likelihood of successful modification.
